Welcome to our beautiful vacation home, located above Garda in the hills of Costermano.
With its exceptional view of Lake Garda, our Casa is one of 62 traditional homes situated in Parco Murlongo, a private park featuring a pool area, tennis court, and covered parking surrounded by majestic cypress trees.
This modern rustic home, which has been family-owned for many decades,
captivates with its authentic charm, nestled in a unique
natural setting.
Spanning two floors, the Casa Nonna Mo vacation home is built of natural stone and features floor-to-ceiling windows, with a floor area of approximately 65 square meters. Idyllic footpaths lead to our home via a few steps.
On the ground floor is a large living room with a dining area, open kitchen (gas stove), and storage room, with direct access to the southwest/west-facing terrace featuring a beautiful lake view and new
patio furniture.
An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with a master bedroom
(double bed), a children’s room (bunk bed), and a bathroom with a window, which
was renovated in 2021 (shower).
The amenities include a large living room with a dining area and kitchen,
2 bedrooms (one of which is a children’s room with a bunk bed), and a new
shower room with a window.
